| The Office Manager Inc. recently provided all cubicles, call center workstations, seating, private offices, conference rooms and cafeteria equipment for Commonwealth Worldwide, a leading executive chaffeaur corporation. This project was located in Queens, New york and will help Commonwealth better serve the New York Metropolitan area. |

(35) herman miller cubicle project completed for Treeline Corp. (Wakefield, Ma). Herman miller panels received new, custom fabric, custom paint, new countertops and drawer units. All workstations were powered and had central data/communication feeds. |

| Recent (47) station herman miller project completed for Helium Corp. (Andover, Ma). The Office Manager Inc. provided complete space planning, design, remanufacturing and installation of all cubicles. All panels measured 51" height to allow for an "open" environment. The Office Manager Inc. was also responsible for coordinating and supplying data and electrical services needed. |

(8) custom, private offices were supplied by The Office Manager Inc. in addition to 47 herman miller cubicles. Each private office was designed as an L-shape with a 4-door hutch for storage. The product chosen by helium offers over 20 color selections with very minimal lead time.

Recent (28) herman miller cubicle project completed for Green International Corp (Westford, Ma). The Office Manager Inc. designed and refurbished all panels for the project and supplied new drawer units and counters. Installation of all (28) stations was completed in 1 day to complete a tight deadline. Power and data capabilities were supplied to each station. |
